Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to manage your account, process payments, and connect you with buyers or sellers. Your personal data is never shared publicly or sold.

Returns & Buyer-Protection Policy
Because Second Spotlight is a resale platform, all sales are final unless an item is significantly not as described.
Buyers have 7 days (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay) or 30 days (PayPal) after pickup to report an issue to support@secondspotlight.ca. We will first try to resolve matters directly; unresolved disputes may be escalated through the buyer’s card-issuer or PayPal.
Payment & Escrow
Your payment is held in escrow until the seller marks the order Fulfilled after pickup. Sellers receive their payout by Interac e-Transfer within 48 hours of fulfillment.
Community Guidelines
- Be kind and respectful in all communications.
- No spam, scams, or unrelated items.
- List only clean, ready-to-wear dance costumes, shoes, and accessories.
- Report concerns to us directly.
Safety Guidelines
Meet in a well-lit public place. Minors should bring a parent or trusted adult to every pickup.
Platform-Use & Circumvention Policy
Arranging off-platform deals, fee-avoidance, or other misuse may result in account suspension or removal at our sole discretion.
